Walk-ins and booking

Two ways in

Walk in for flash and same day work, or message the artist who suits your idea to arrange a custom piece. Whatever you choose, here is how it works.

Option one

Walk in

Fancy something today? Call into the studio on Main Street from 10:30am. There is loads of flash ready on the wall and often space for a same day custom piece.

Walk-ins depend on the artists' availability on the day, so it is worth dropping the studio a message first to check there is space. Bring valid photo ID: you must be 18 or over to be tattooed.

Book your artist

Got a custom piece in mind? Browse the six artists, find the hand that fits your idea and message that artist directly to talk it through and get booked in.

Send a rough description, size and placement, plus any reference images. Your artist will come back with the plan, a rough time and any deposit needed to hold the date.

How a custom booking works

  1. Pick your artist

    Look through the artists and find the style that fits your idea best.

  2. Send your idea

    Message them with a description, rough size, placement and any reference images you have.

  3. Confirm the plan

    They will talk the design through with you, give a rough time and confirm any deposit to hold your date.

  4. Come in and get tattooed

    Turn up on the day with valid ID, having eaten well, and let your artist do their thing.

The essentials

Deposits

Custom bookings usually need a deposit to secure your slot, which comes off the price of the tattoo on the day. Exact amount and terms are confirmed by your artist.

Pricing

Price depends on size, detail, placement and time. Your artist will give you a clear idea when you talk your piece through. Flash pieces are priced on the design.

ID and age

You must be 18 or over with valid photo ID to be tattooed, no exceptions. Please bring ID even if you have been in before.

On the day

Eat a good meal beforehand, wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area, and avoid alcohol before your appointment.

Aftercare

Looking after your new tattoo

General guidance to help a fresh tattoo settle and heal well. Your artist will give you specific advice for your piece and the products they recommend, so always follow what they tell you.

In the first days

  • Keep any covering on for as long as your artist advises.
  • Wash gently with clean hands and lukewarm water, then pat dry.
  • Apply a thin layer of the aftercare product your artist recommends.
  • Do not pick or scratch as it settles, even if it itches.

While it heals

  • Keep it out of direct sun and away from sunbeds.
  • Avoid swimming pools, baths and soaking until fully healed.
  • Wear loose, clean clothing over the area.
  • If anything worries you, message your artist or seek medical advice.
